Okay, seeing as i want people to post match vids, i thought it'd be an idea to go ahead and post a link to one. This is a Street Fighter III: Third Strike match - a casual match between myself (playing Ken), and forum member DanceDanceIkaruga (playing Chun-Li). The file can be downloaded from the following URL... rapidshare.de/files/6810581/debujinvsddi.avi.htmlIt would be nice to hear any comments people have on this match, whether positive or negative.

I am downloading the file right now, at the moment, Megaupload is real slow, so Debujin, I recommend you go to this site for future uploads, it's as powerful as Megaupload, and when people download, they get the optimum speed of their respective Modem type so eg. 1mb people will recieve up to 120kbps, 56k'ers will receive 10kbps (which is pretty d**n fast considering 56k'ers)

I've never really played SF3 (No Dan! Bah!) but it looked like a whole heap of Fierce attacks from Chun Li and an over-willingness to engage in a slug fest with Ken probably cost her the match.
Incidently, what equipment was used to record/edit the match?

1dappachaos1: I'm all for faster download times - which site do you mean, DC? It may be me being a foole, but i didn't see a site title/link. MadSpence: To be honest Spence, i'm not sure. DDI has access to some nice hardware - a guess would be some sort of video capture card and subtitling software, but i don't know which brand(s). I want to do something similar myself, but the PC i use is on the verge of collapse.

ahh, I didn't mention it, how clumsy of me! www.rapidshare.debut the Limit is 50mb so you're probably a little limited if a fight is lengthy

I saved the match as a replay (to memory card) then played it back into my PC through a video capture card at a later date. A bit of sharpening and subtitle adding with virtual dub and it's watchable.
I remember thinking that match was worth saving because Debujin gets it right with the SAII, as I jump in. Good stuff. I've got some ones where I play a better Chun and a somewhat rapacious Urien. There's a good match where Debujin gets an A rank with Dudley. I can't remember who I am when he does that but it's pretty much a non-stop beasting in the corner. I guess wrong every time in that match!
